A learning aid, not an admission promise.
These plain-English conditions apply to the current free beta and will be replaced by complete commercial terms before paid access.
Using ElevenKey
- A parent or authorised adult must manage a child’s account and decide whether activities are appropriate.
- Use the platform for lawful personal, educational or authorised tutoring purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another family’s, tutor’s or editorial records.
- Do not copy, sell, scrape or republish the question bank or exam materials.
- Report suspected errors rather than relying on a disputed answer.
Educational limitations
ElevenKey does not guarantee a school place, exam mark, standardised score or improvement. Readiness indicators are internal learning summaries and are not official scores. Parents must confirm current admissions rules and dates with the responsible school, council or examination body.
Availability and change
Beta features, questions and calculations may change as errors are corrected and evidence improves. Access may be paused for safety, maintenance, suspected misuse or the end of the beta. ElevenKey will avoid unnecessary disruption but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Content and feedback
ElevenKey owns or licenses the platform’s original content. A family retains ownership of its own written responses. Feedback may be used to improve the service, but personal learning records will not be published as testimonials without separate permission.
Current legal limitation
Before a commercial launch, these beta terms must be completed with the legal operator’s identity and address, governing law, consumer cancellation and refund rights, liability provisions, formal contact details and any required school or tutor terms.
