ElevenKey is a parent-managed education tool. It is not a social network, messaging service, childcare service or substitute for adult supervision.
Parent-managed
Parents create and control the account. Children use a display name inside that private account and are not asked to publish contact information.
No child-to-child contact
There are no public profiles, direct messages, public comments or open child leaderboards in the current beta.
Calm by design
Daily missions use short sessions and stopping points. Readiness language describes learning evidence rather than worth, intelligence or admission certainty.
Tutor boundaries
Tutor workspaces use private groups and controlled parent links. School Pass requests require verification before activation.
Adults remain responsible
A parent, carer, school or tutor should review whether an activity is suitable for the child, monitor distress or excessive practice, and stop if the experience is causing anxiety. ElevenKey cannot identify or respond to an emergency.
Reporting a concern
During the public beta, use the support route linked from the site or your signed-in account to report inappropriate content, a privacy concern or a safeguarding issue. If a child may be at immediate risk, contact the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service rather than waiting for an ElevenKey response.
Before public launch
ElevenKey will appoint a named safeguarding lead, publish a direct safeguarding contact and response target, document tutor verification, complete a child-safety risk assessment and test account-deletion and incident procedures before commercial public access.
